Pickering Real Ice - Chestnut Hill Development Recreational Complex

Lessons are held in the O'Brien Rink

Children must be able to STAND ALONE on skates and be able to GET UP by themselves and walk across the ice without any assistance.

RECOMMENDED CHILDREN DO THE SYNTHETIC ICE SURFACE FIRST IF THEY HAVE NEVER HAD LESSONS OR SKATED BEFORE.

Children will need a hockey helmet with a cage and skates need to be sharpened. Gloves or mitts are needed and Snow pants are great for padding and keeping dry.
